Jas is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist based in the West Midlands and carries out appointments face to face and online. She has over 10 years’ experience working in mental health services and has worked with clients with a range of mental health and physical health issues. 


She herself had hypnotherapy during a difficult time in her life and it changed the trajectory of her life. She finally found her real self. Her mission is to help clients reach their full potential and to get their real selves back.  She is passionate about working with clients and helping them ‘grow their lotus’ and achieve goals they have always wanted to achieve. 


The mind is a powerful tool, we often get stuck in negative vicious cycles where your thoughts feelings and physical symptoms all impact each other and can create anxiety and low mood. We can create all of this anxiety in our minds – imagine what we could do if we started to use our minds in a different way!
