DEPRESSION
Depression can impact any one of us at any time, at least 1 in 4 people in England suffer from depression within their lifetime. Depression can often leave individuals feeling isolated and feeling as though they are facing a constant uphill battle. It often gets worse overtime, and the individual may start to lack interest or pleasure in doing things they used to enjoy, lose motivation, have difficulties sleeping (sleeping too much, sleeping too little or having broken sleep), and struggle to concentrate. Other symptoms of depression may include things such as changes in weight, loss of libido and feelings of guilt and hopelessness.
PHOBIAS
A phobia is an excessive irrational fear that is triggered by the presence or anticipation of a specific object, stimuli or situation. Having a phobia can significantly impact your ability to live your life to the fullest.
Phobias are stored in subconscious mind in the hippocampus, which is why hypnotherapy can be highly effective at targeting specific phobias directly, as hypnotherapy gains access to the subconscious mind.
Common phobias include:
Acrophobia – fear of heights
Aerophobia – fear of flying
Aichmophobia – fear of needles
Arachnophobia – fear of spiders
Cynophobia - The fear of dogs
Hemophobia – fear of blood

SMOKING CESSATION
Many individuals want to stop smoking however find it difficult to stop. It is important that you are ready to quit smoking and have a high level of motivation to do so. During our initial conversation, we will discuss your motivation to quit smoking and if there have been any previous attempts.
The Smoking cessation session in itself lasts approximately two hours, it is a one-off session which is highly effective. Solution focused hypnotherapy is the most effective way of giving up smoking without irritability or weight gain.
ANXIETY
1 in 4 people suffer with stress and anxiety every year, with most of us experiencing it at different points of our lives. As humans a certain level of stress and anxiety can be managed naturally, however in many people it can build up and can have a significant impact on their lives.
