MY STORY

During my darkest moments I went travelling, and I sat in the middle of nowhere wondering what was going on in my life. I sat for an hour or two contemplating life. I went for a walk to try and distract myself and I bumped into a lady. We spoke for a short while and she showed me these beautiful lotus flower (I have never seen these before). She looked at me and said this is the most beautiful flower of all – but it will only grow in the mud, think of the mud as the struggles in life, without those struggles this beautiful flower would not be created. It’s essential for the flower to grow and transform into this beautiful flower you see today. It’s the same in life, we have to go thorough struggles/difficult times as well as the really good and amazing times – all of these are essential to your journey in transforming into a better version of yourself which is forever growing. ‘‘trust the process and don’t give up’’ – those were her final words and they have stuck with me ever since. All of my clients know that I live by this, they trust in the process and they witness their own transformations. 

That was one of the most important life changing moments for me, my whole perspective on life changed. The i in iLotus represents your Lotus being unique to you as an Individual. It’s your lotus, your journey, your life, your struggles, your good times and more difficult times that give you the strength and allow you to grow in whichever way you want to – emotionally, physically, personally spiritually etc.  

You will end up where you are supposed to be, and if you need support along your journey that’s okay.
